Yes it’s true! A good aerial photo or video of a property, catches the eye of a buyer much quicker than the detailed photos of the interior. It’s the “WOW” factor taking ahold of the potential buyer for just long enough to draw them into the listing for a closer look. Then the importance of those interior pictures take over. Today’s listings, need aerial photos or videos to help convince the viewer to look further.

Another view of our home near Columbia, TN. During the summer months and everything is green, this place is rich in colors. We’ve lived here nearly three years now. We’re actually closer to Spring Hill, TN but have a Columbia address. Around us is rolling hills that make bike riding challenging.
