ABOUT OUR VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

  • WHAT EDITING DO YOU DO TO THE PHOTOS?

    We will conduct our standard editing on all sessions, including sky replacements on exterior photos when needed and the replacement of blank TVs with a picture of the house's exterior. We do not offer shadow or light flare removal. Examples would be light shining onto the floor through a window or shadows created by a house or tree.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY IMAGES?

    We offer a 24-hour guarantee on all photography images and a 72-hour guarantee on all videography. 

  • HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I GET?

    We do not count the number of photos we take. We take the images that matter. We take the number of shots necessary to allow the realtor to choose which photos tell the story of your listing.

  • INFORMATION ON THE PHOTO DELIVERY & PAYMENT SYSTEM

    To download your photos and to make a payment for your shoots, you will log into the Client Center at: Client Dashboard



    Once you log in, click "View" to the right of the addresses. You will then be directed to the project dashboard for that address. You can download your photos (MLS or full size) and videos, make a flyer, or see your property website. To make a payment, scroll toward the bottom until you see the "Make a Payment" button. It will then direct you to another screen where you will select "Pay balance now by credit card."

  • WHAT PHOTOS WILL YOU TAKE OF MY LISTING?

    Generally, this is what we photograph: exterior, entryway, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, office, formal living room, game room, master bedroom, master bathroom, secondary bedroom, and secondary bathrooms. If you would like anything else photographed, please let us know.



    Will the photographer assist with staging and moving things out of the way?

    Yes, we will help, as we know it is only sometimes possible to be 100% ready. If you don't want the photographer to move items, please let them know.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

    At EyeSkyVP, we work to make the realtors' jobs easier. You can contact us anytime by phone, text, or email. If we are unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible. Our photographers are available seven days a week to schedule shoots, and we will work with clients to schedule at the best available time we have.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A PROPERTY TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED?

    Most properties under 4,000 square feet can be photographed within 1–2 hours. However, this depends on the size and layout of the property. Adding drone, video, or Matterport services to your listing will increase the time needed to be on site.

  • DO YOU CHARGE A TRIP FEE FOR LONG DISTANCES?

    In most cases, we do not. However, in extreme cases, it might be necessary to charge a trip fee. Please inquire about pricing in the areas where you need us.

  • WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

    Payment is due upon completion and approval of all projects. We prefer that our clients are completely satisfied with the final products before payment. In cases of multiple late payments, we reserve the right to "watermark" all future projects until payment is received.

  • HOW LONG DOES EYESKYVP STORE PHOTOS?

    Photos and 3D Matterport tours are stored on our servers for precisely one year. Please make sure you download and save your pictures in a safe place. Matterport tours cannot be saved offline at this time.
